Clouds are continually shifting forms that mirror constant change and the ephemeral nature of life. When Joni Mitchell said, “I’ve looked at clouds from both sides now,” she understood how change was the only constant in this lifetime. These small pieces are devotions to sitting with and accepting the constant change and transition that fills my life. It's funny how these paintings that began as light, non-consequential pieces have gradually taken on deeper and deeper meaning the longer I’ve sat with them.
